Refund Policy

General Overview

 

Alessandrini IT Solutions is a service-based business. We do not maintain a retail inventory of products. Any hardware, computers, or software we provide are purchased specifically for you (the client) based on your request.

Services & Labor (Non-Refundable)

​

  • Labor is Final: All labor fees—including diagnostics, repairs, computer setup, data migration, and consulting—are non-refundable once the work has been performed.

  • Why? You are paying for our time and expertise. Even if you decide to return a device we helped you buy, the time we spent researching, purchasing, and setting it up cannot be returned.

Procurement & Hardware Returns

 

Since we purchase hardware specifically for your order, returns are subject to the following strict conditions:

  • Vendor Policy Rules: We can only accept a return if the original retailer or manufacturer (e.g., Dell, HP, Newegg) accepts the return.

  • Return Window: You must notify us immediately if you wish to return an item. We are bound by the return window of the original seller (often 14–30 days).

  • Handling & Restocking: If a return is approved by the original seller, a handling fee of [e.g., 15%] will be deducted from your hardware refund to cover our administrative time in processing the return and shipping it back.

  • Non-Returnable Items: If the original seller designates an item as "Non-Returnable" (common with software and certain electronics), we cannot offer a refund.

Custom Computer Builds

​

  • Final Sale: Custom-built computers are designed and assembled specifically for your needs. Once the parts have been ordered, the deposit and cost of the build are non-refundable.

  • Component Warranties: While the custom computer itself cannot be returned for a refund, individual parts (like the graphics card or motherboard) retain their manufacturer warranties. We will assist you in filing warranty claims for any defective parts.

Software

​

  • Strictly Non-Refundable: Once a software license (like Windows, Office, or Antivirus) has been purchased and the key revealed or installed, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

Appointment Cancellations

​

  • We request 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Missed appointments without notice may incur a cancellation fee.
